The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
Each oral presentation will last 15 minutes and will be presented in parallel thematic sessions. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about 3 weeks before the event.
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display their research visually. Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups during the poster sessions.
Abstract Submission Guidelines

Before sumbitting abstracts, authors are requested to follow the guidelines listed below:
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
- Abstracts may not be longer than 450 words.
- Tables, charts or other graphics may not be included and will be deleted by the editors.
- Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. For example: BMI (Body Mass Index), before being used as an abbreviation only. Please, do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
- Capitalize the words in the title, except for prepositions (in, on, of, etc.). For example: 'The Effect of Music on Motivation'
- Include subtitles in the abstract, in bold followed by a colon:

- After having registered as an author, you will receive confirmation by email, with your abstract ID.
- If you encounter any problems during the submission process or you do not receive any confirmation by email please contact the Conference Editor: email@example.com
- The dimensions of your poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 170 cm high.
- Avoid putting too much material and text on the poster.
- The heading should have letters at least 35mm high listing the title of the paper, authors, institution and its location. If necessary, please shorten the heading. The board of your poster will be numbered and viewers will find your poster according to the title of your submitted abstract and number as stated in the final program.
- Lettering for text and illustrations should be at least 10mm high, or typed with a bulletin typewriter.
- Divide your poster into the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions. Each of these sections should be numbered in sequence, with numbers 35mm high to guide the reader through the poster.
- The introduction should contain 3 to 5 short sentences outlining essential information necessary to understand the study and why it was done.
- The objectives of the study, the questions to be asked or the hypothesis to be tested should be clearly stated in as few words as possible.
- Outline your methods briefly, provide reference to previous methods and details only for new methods or important modifications of older ones.
- Results should be presented as graphs or tables. They should be self-explanatory and therefore please provide a clear legend including symbols. You may also want to provide an interpretation of the results below each panel.
- The discussion (if necessary) and conclusions should be succinctly stated on large type. Many viewers read this first, hence it should be easy to understand.
