How will HP Partners arrive from the airport to the hotel?

According to HP policy, the transfers are designated for HP customers only.
There is a possibility to join HP customers' ground transfers to hotels in accordance to your flight details.
Once your flight details are submitted at the registration website, our registration team will approach you towards your arrival date to Israel and inform you regarding possible transfer.
Otherwise please use the official Airport Taxi Service which are available as you exit the airport.  
 

 

What documents are required to enter Israel?

Passport: Travel to Israel requires a passport valid for at least six months
beyond the date of return ticket.

What is the local Israeli currency?

The Israeli new shekel (a.k.a. NIS or ILS) is the currency of the State of Israel. Bank notes are in denominations of NIS 20, 50, 100, and 200; coins are in denominations of NIS10, NIS5, NIS2, NIS1 and 50 and 10 agorot. 100 agorot equals 1 shekel. Foreign currency of all kinds may be exchanged at the airport, banks, post offices, most hotels or licensed exchange agencies in large cities. How is the weather this time a year?

Israel may have pleasant weather but could also be overcast at this time of the year with temperatures ranging from 10⁰C to 23⁰C. (50⁰F- 74⁰F). Evenings are cold, so you are advised to bring a jacket and sweater. Rain is also a possibility.

 

What is the standard electrical voltage in Israel?

In Israel the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. Guests can use electric appliances in Israel, if the standard voltage in their countries is in between 220 - 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa). Manufacturers take these small deviations into account. Guests may need a plug adapter.
