Dr. Gilad Hamdani received his medical degree from the Hebrew University/Hadassah Medical Center Medical School in Jerusalem in 2008, and completed his residency in Pediatrics in the Hadassah Medical Center in 2012. He completed his pediatric nephrology fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in July 2016. Between 2016 and 2018 he was a fellow in the American Heart Association Hypertension Strategically Focused Research Network receiving clinical and research training in the field of pediatric hypertension. Since September 2018 he is a pediatric nephrologist at the Nephrology Institute of Schneider Children's Medical Center in Petach Tikvah, focusing on hypertension. He also serves as a pediatric hypertension consultant for the Israeli Society of Hypertension. Dr, Hamdani published several papers in the field of pediatric hypertension and its association with target organ injury.
