Dov Hoch is the Executive Director of the Virginia Israel Advisory Board a state agency that facilitates Israeli companies setting-up their U.S. operations in Virginia and Virginia concerns sourcing technology and partners in Israel. For 20 years Dov worked with Israeli companies to develop partnerships and bring their products into the US market. He served on the executive Board of the America Israel Chamber of Commerce and currently is a BIRD Foundation representative in the US. Dov also built a high tech R&D start-ups in Ramallah and Jordan for Siemens; worked throughout the Arab world and was the Israel representative for Daiwa Japanese investment bank. His non-profits activity include: Founding board member of SIGNAL – China-Israel Think Tank; Founding board member of Yemin Orde Educational Initiatives; President of the Penn Club of Israel and Co-Chairman of the Ivy League Alumni in Israel. Dov holds degrees from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania; He was involved in operations that brought Ethiopian Jews to Israel.
