AIS Board Meeting and Visit to Haifa Municipality

Graduate Student Workshop
Sunday, July 6, 2025. 12:00 - 17:00 plus evening event at the Haifa municipality. RSVPs required.

The workshop will include lunch and a:
- Panel discussion with managing editors of leading journals in the field of Israel Studies
- Hands-on session with recent recipients of prestigious postdoctoral fellowships in Israel, Europe, and the U.S.
- Practical guidance and exercises to help you strengthen your networking skills
In addition, all workshop participants are warmly invited to a celebratory buffet dinner (standing tables) at Haifa City Hall, hosted by the Mayor of Haifa and the AIS Board — a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with leading figures in the field of Israel Studies. The evening will include the opening of a new exhibition on Haifa and its role in the Israeli imagination, followed by an academic panel discussion.
