Instructions for Chairs & Presenters.
Timing: Presenters should count on 20 minutes in sessions of 2-3 people, and 15 minutes in sessions of 4-5. This allows time for questions in each 90-minute session.
Room Capabilities: All rooms will have computers connected to the projection system. It is best to bring your presentation on a USB stick (disc-on-key). And any toggles needed for your Mac.
