לאור המצב  הקשה והמדאיג בארץ הקודש, אנו נאלצים בצער רב להודיעכם כי למרות העמל העצום  שהושקע  בארגון הועידה, הפסדים כלכליים ענקיים  שייגרמו לנו, והנזק שיגרם לרבנים עקב כך, על דחיית הועידה לשנה 2024

אנו מצערים על כל האי נוחות שנגרמה למשתתפים

Esteemed Rabbis and honored guests,

With due regard to the alarming situation in Eretz HaKodesh, it is with the utmost regret that we inform you that despite the immense effort and capital which have been invested into organising the 33rd CER Convention, we are forced to postpone it until 2024.

We understand the gravity of the situation for all the attendees and deeply apologise for any inconvenience and damage caused.

Within ten days BS"D, we will publish the new date and the compensation instructions for the change or loss of the flight tickets.  Please note that all registration payments will be valid for the postponed Convention.

The Participants are Required to Arrive on Sunday , November 12                         האורחים מתבקשים להגיע כבר ביום א' ,כ"ח חשון תשפ"ד

1. אשרה (ויזה)- אזרח זר המגיע לאזרבייג'ן נדרש לקבל אשרה, בקשה לאשרה ניתן להגיש באמצעות אתר האינטרנט הרשמי של ממשלת אזרבייג'ן בכתובת  www.eviza.gov.az תשלום באתר מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי.

     - עלות האשרה באתר הינה 23 דולר (מומלץ לעשות את האשרה 3 ימים או יותר, לפני ההגעה אחרת מחיר האשרה יהיה גבוה יותר).
     - ישנה אפשרות לאשרה דחופה (תוך 3 שעות) בעלות של 51 דולר.
הערות:
  א. האשרה הינה לכניסה אחת בלבד, יש להנפיק אשרה חדשה בכל פעם שיוצאים ונכנסים למדינה.
  ב. נא להדפיס ולהביא עמכם את אישור האשרה. באשר חייב להימצא מספר ויזה שמתחיל באותיות AE ומכיל 9 ספרות. 
  ג. ועידת רבני אירופה אינה אחראית על הנפקות האשרות, אין לפנות אלינו בנוגע לטעויות, תיקונים או אשרות שלא מגיעות למייל (מומלץ לבדוק בתיקיית ה SPAM), יש לפנות ל- ASAN VISA דרך האתר בכתובת  https://evisa.gov.az/en/contact

אזרחי ישראל בלבד יכולים להנפיק ויזה לאחר נחיתתם בשדה התעופה באזרבייג'ן - עלות אשרה בשדה הינה 26 דולר – ניתן לשלם במזומן/אשראי.

שימו לב :אזרח אירופאי ללא ויזה לא יוכל לעלות לטיסה , נא דאגו לסדר את העניין מראש כדי למנוע את האכזבה והאי נעימות.

1. Visa - a foreign citizen arriving in Azerbaijan is required to obtain a visa. An application for a visa can be submitted through the official website of the government of Azerbaijan at www.eviza.gov.az. Payment on the website is made by credit card.

- The cost of the visa on the website is 23 dollars (it is recommended to do the visa 3 days or more before arrival, otherwise the price of the visa will be higher).
- There is an option for urgent approval (within 3 hours) at a cost of $51.
Remarks:
A. The visa is for one entry only, a new visa must be issued every time you leave and enter the country.
B. Please print and bring the visa confirmation with you. As there must be a visa number that begins with the letters AE and contains 9 digits.

Only citizens of Israel can issue a visa after landing at the airport in Azerbaijan - the cost of a visa at the airport is 26 dollars - you can pay in cash/credit.

Please note: a European citizen without a visa will not be able to board the flight, please make sure to arrange the matter in advance to avoid disappointment and unpleasantness.
