We are pleased to welcome researchers, clinicians, students, and professional partners from Israel and around the world to a day of learning, dialogue, and in-depth exploration of central and innovative issues in the field of communication disorders.
The conference reflects the core values of the Department of Communication Disorders at Tel Aviv University: a deep commitment to academic excellence and evidence-based research, alongside professional and social responsibility to advance high-quality, sensitive, and person-centered care across all stages of life. We believe in an inseparable connection between basic and applied research, clinical practice, and the training of professionals, as well as in ongoing dialogue between academia and the field.
Within this framework, we view students—particularly those in advanced degree programs—as full partners in research and clinical endeavors. The department fosters a vibrant, learning-oriented research community that encourages curiosity, initiative, and critical thinking, and offers diverse pathways for those who wish to deepen their knowledge, conduct research, and take part in shaping the future of the field.
The conference topics are diverse and reflect the multifaceted nature of the profession, as well as the aspiration to understand complex processes of human communication and to translate scientific knowledge into meaningful clinical, educational, and social impact.
We thank all the lecturers, researchers, and partners along the way, and wish us all a productive, enriching, and inspiring conference.
Thank you for joining us,
and best wishes for a successful conference to us all.
