Instructions for Presenters and Chairs
Timing: Presenters should count on 20 minutes in sessions of three people, and 15 minutes in sessions of 4-5. This allows plenty of time for questions.
Room Capabilities: All rooms will have computers connected to the projection system. It is best to bring your presentation on a USB stick (disc-on-key).
* Note that room numbers are noted on the Printed Program, given out at registration. All sessions take place at the Kimmel Center for University Life.

1. Presenters in sessions of 3 people should allocate 20 minutes for their talk.
2. Presenters in sessions of 4-5 should allocate 15 minutes.
4. Chairs for all sessions have been invited. Their emails will be posted here, so that presenters may send them their presentation 7-10 days before the conference.
