Forms of Payment

There are two available options to pay the conference fee:

1. Card Payment (via Stripe)
You can pay the conference fee by credit or debit card using the Stripe payment system.
After completing the registration form, you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe payment page, where you can finalize the payment by card.

Please note that the official conference fee currency is EUR. When paying via Stripe, you may choose to pay either in EUR or in your local currency. If you select your local currency, the exchange rate will be determined by Stripe, not by the conference organisers. As a result, the final amount charged in your local currency may differ from the price displayed in EUR.

Your registration will be considered valid only after we receive and review the payment.Please ensure that the payment is completed within 10 days of registration.Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including a QR code, which you will present at the registration desk during the conference.

2. Bank Transfer
You may also pay the conference fee via bank transfer. If you choose this option, please make sure to enter all the required billing details for the invoice during registration.

After registration, we will issue an invoice in EUR with the necessary details to make a bank transfer to our ENAI transparent bank account.
Please note that all bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant.

Your registration will be considered valid only after we receive and review the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including a QR code, which you will present at the registration desk during the conference.

Additional Terms
Please note that no cancellations or refunds are available once payment has been made.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to hold the conference in person, the organisers reserve the right to change the format to an online event.
