Registration Fees (in US Dollars)
Participation Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.
* / *** registrants of this pass will be asked to present a valid certificate upon entering the event

Important notes:
All registration fees are in US Dollars.
Payment via credit card is the ONLY method of payment.
Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.
A receipt will be sent to the participant once the payment is made.
REGISTRATION FEES DEADLINES
• Early rate registration until July 31, 2024.
• Regular rate registration August 1 - August 28, 2024.
• Late rate registration from August 29, 2024 (subject to space availability).

• Participation in all sessions (full conference pass)
• Refreshments during the conference
• Access to the conference meeting platform
• Access to the networking area
• An invitation to the Meet and Greet networking time

CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations must be emailed to reg-conf@scienceabroad.org.il prior to the below deadlines:
Cancellations received up and including August 24, 2024 – 100% refund
Cancellations received between August 25, 2024 - September 7, 2024 – 50% refund
As of September 8, 2024 – no refund
